SUZY is GTC Real Estate's third project in Shenyang. It is located in the provincial capital’s Sujiatun District, adjacent to the new road connecting to Shenyang’s Taoxian International Airport.

SUZY consists of low and high-rise apartment blocks, situated between green areas and community facilities, including a clubhouse and a childcare center. The project also includes a main public square with a public park, and a shopping center to cater to the growing demand from the surrounding neighborhoods.

The project consists of approximately 6,000 apartments, and a total constructed area of 650,000 square meters. Construction will commence in the second half of 2008 and is scheduled to be completed by 2012. SUZY is developed in partnership (50%/50%) with the Lucky Hope Group.
