River Garden is GTC Real Estate's first project in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. It is located in Xilin, a new district in the west part of the city, along a major road connecting to the city centre.
River Garden consists of high-rise apartment blocks. A large green park will be located in the heart of the project, with smaller landscaped gardens scattered between the individual buildings. West Garden will also include a shopping centre to serve the local population and shoppers from the surrounding neighborhoods.
The project consists of approximately 5,500 apartments, and a total constructed area of 540,000 square meters. Construction will commence by the end of 2008 and is scheduled to be completed by 2012.
River Garden is developed in partnership (50%/50%) with the Lucky Hope Group.
