Palm Garden is GTC Real Estate's second project in Shenyang. It is located in the new Puhe district of Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province, across the Puhe river from GTC's Qili Xiangdi project.

Palm Garden consists of stylish courtyard apartments, combining modern building standards with traditional Chinese style and comfort. In addition, residents enjoy spacious public areas, and easy access to main transportation roads. Construction began in the third quarter of 2006 and is set to be completeby the end of 2010.

Palm Garden's total constructed area is approximately 380,000 square meters, including 20,000 square meters of retail space. The project consists of about 3,500 apartments.

Palm Garden is developed in partnership (50%/50%) with the Lucky Hope Group.
