GTC purchased a piece of land in Hangzhou in the beginning of 2008 to develop a 109,000 sqm mixed-use project including a retail podium, high-end serviced apartments, and an office component.

The project is located on the shore of the Qiantang river in Hangzhou's Binjiang district, overlooking the city and West Lake.

The project is developed in partnership with Geely Group.
