GTC Real Estate China is looking for a new General Manager for one of its project companies.

Essential Character Set

  • Management experience essential; able to demonstrate leadership, administration, organizing, & communication skills;
  • Highest integrity, honesty and be totally trustworthy
  • Creativity and the ability to apply a new perspective to challenges and opportunities
  • Essential Skills Set:
  • University graduate in Business, Real Estate Management or Engineering;
  • Relevant experience:
  • a minimum ten years’ Real Estate experience in commercial, retail or residential;
  • at least four years’ working experience in China's Real Estate market;
  • a proven track record in Real Estate Project execution;
  • demonstrate excellent skills with the ability to facilitate all areas of the Real Estate projects, from concept to delivery
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;

Job Responsibilities

  • Set-up and develop a Real Estate local company; according with the shareholders guidelines;
  • Build-up and manage a wining team that will lead the execution of Real Estate projects (commercial and residential);
  • Mange the company’s operations and ensure appropriate action is taken to meet forecasts;
  • Prepare short time and long time business plans, with the relevant budget and cash flow.
  • Deliver quality product within the frame of approved budget, schedule and forecast income;
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with key officials, local industry player and retailers.
  • Create constructive deal-flow
