Retail Project Manager
GTC Real Estate China is looking for a Retail Project Manager, to take part in the development of a new shopping mall.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze information for potential developments
- Research and prepare reports on market and economic/demographic data
- Conduct due diligence as needed on potential developments
- Coordinate related service providers
- Locate and contact potential tenants directly or through agent
- Coordinate between new tenants and the design/construction team
- Monitor construction progress against planed schedule and budgeted costs

- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Detail oriented with ability to work independently;
- Strong relationship building skills;
- Ability to extensive traveling
- Team player
Essential Skills Set
- A bachelors degree, preferably in engineering, business, or equivalent in industry related experience;
- Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate industry experience, preferably in retail;
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
